Payment Rules and Online Payment Options
Students pay a set monthly fee for lessons to compensate the instructor for their time and travel. Students who pay this fee are responsible for their own attendance, and refunds will not be given for student absences. Cancellation of classes by the instructors however, will be credited back to the student at the fair weekly value.
Monthly Dues should be paid by the first class meeting each month. Dues may be paid in person via check or cash to the instructor, or, in the case of the weekly Study Group, may be paid online. If a student is unable to pay their dues at the first of the month, they may still attend class and the instructor will assess any late penalties that they see fit (please note, these are rarely monetary). If a student is suffering financial hardship and is unable to pay their dues for this reason, they should speak to the instructor, who will determine the best course of action for the student to continue in the course. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE should a student stop coming to class for failure to pay their dues, unless the instructor determines otherwise.
Online Payments
Students attending the weekly Study Group courses may make payments online using their credit card through a secure PayPal interface.

Monthly Recurring Fee You can set up monthly payments, which will be withdrawn from the account you provide at the same time every month. If you decide to stop taking lessons, Dragon Studios will manually stop this withdrawal before the next month's cycle. |
